Merry Christmas for Creative Embellishments

 It's that time of the year when we get into the festive mood. Every year I try to make a mini canvas for my mom, she is a huge fan of Christmas and loves decorating her home. This year I was inspired to make a 5 x 7 canvas with our December challenge image.

The starting point was to chose my colors for the background, I selected 3 tones of blue and one purple from my Dina Wakley acrylics.

I heat embossed the star tree and the Merry Christmas title. I chose to leave the deer natural.

Flowers are always nice to add to the artwork

The final touches are hints of Stickles for a shine effect.
