White with 1 challenge entry

I,ve been inspired by my friend to participate in this blog challenge. I don`t often work with juste white and 1 color, so I thought that this would be fun to try.

It`s harder and harder to get the boys to take pictures, so I`ve been going thru some old pictures and found this one of the boys playing in the waves of Virginia beach. This must have been in around 2004...

The challenge: Blue Jeans

Link to the challenge: HERE

And now a few more pictures...

Products used: Lindy`s magicals, Cuts2luv flait, Wild Orchid Craft flowers, Diy&cie die-cut, Creative Embellishments stamps and Pretty Little Studios ornaments.

Thanks for stopping by !

Lindy's Stamp Gang January challenge

What can I say, the Lindy's Stamp Gang team are kicking off the year with a very inspirational moodboard. Just loving the mixture of grey and gold in this combo.

The starting point for my page was made by adding the sprays on my background with a 1 inch paint brush to create this beautiful watercolor effect.

I added embossing to my chipboard title with one of my recent favorite colors : Café au Lait

The next steps were simply done by layering my distressed papers and ornaments.

My favorite ornaments on this page are:

This beautiful Cuts2luv badge (Embrasse moi = Kiss me )

And this stunning frame from Creative Embellishments:scribble-frames-1
You can join in on the fun HERE for the Lindy's January challenge:

Lindy's Stamp Gang December challenge

Oh my, what a very inspirational moodboard for the December Lindy's challenge this month. Oh how it makes me wish my boys were that young again.

I was inspired by the colors and a recent picture that I had taken with my December favorite starbucks coffee. Bliss... It truly is bliss when I enjoy this Praline cup. I played around with a new app on my iphone and developped the picture in a funny way, here is a closer look:

And a closer look at my elements:

On my page I used embossing and stains, here are the links:
