Everything I do... I do it for you...

My last page of my Christmas vacation... Work starts tomorrow sniff sniff...

Scrap aux puce had a wonderful music challenge, we needed to include the words of Brian Adams' Robin Hood theme song. Edith used it for making a beautiful page of her recent wedding. On my part, I was inspired to do this family picture we had taken during a photo shoot in Riviera Maya.

I really loved how it turned out. It just looks so classy.
Here is a closer look at my clustering of ornaments. Love the dots from PinkFresh studio, the title die-cut from Dear Lizzy, the new Prima flowers and the most recent Cuts2Luv badge:

I am also entering this page for the PinkFresh challenge: I cut out the clock, the words Timeless & Love and last but not least, some pieces of what were ticket stubbs in a Simple Stories Mickey Mouse collection pack.

Sad to see my vacation end, but very pleased with the great crafting time that I was able to have and really pleased with my most recent pages.

See you soon peeps !

Toi & Moi

Scrap aux Puces January challenge: Mandatory picture of you & a friend.

For this challenge, I used the selfie picture that my frien Marie-France aka BadBarbie and I took during our scrap weekend last spring. Scrapbooking is a passion that we both share. It's what brought us together over than 8 years ago and we enjoy spending time crafting together.

Marie-France has a great love of life and she's always fun to be around, this title just fit so well.

Also, have you had the chance to check out my friend Caroline's new die-cuts? Here is Toi & Moi. I just love her new collection and yes, there is another badge...teehee.

Funny enough... we were both crafting at home, on the same day using the same background papers... that I did find funny... Wish I could have more crafty time with her & other friends... That's on my wish list for 2016...

Enjoy every moment- Scrap the boys challenge

Wow at first I was lost, how was I going to be able to incorporate purple into a page of my boys. Now... Purple is probably one of my least favorite colors, unless it's dark purple, otherwise, I just can't... Yes, if you've seen my work before, you know that I am a Turquoise, Red & bold colors gal. Now what's the point of doing theses challenges if it's not to challenge your comfort zone and your style????

I have to say, I am pleased with the final result. Who know I could do purple???

I even managed to find a matching cuts2luv buton.....

Here is the Scrap the boys challenge board:

So what do you think??? Not too bad right?

Oh I almost forgot, I combined this with another challenge at Scrap aux Puces, a Scraplift challenge. Here is the page we needed to Scraplift, I  basically used the same sketch and watercolor background.

Now... If I could only go back to Riviera Maya and enjoy that beach again....

Card for Lindy's Stamp Gang January Challenge

Wow, this was my first time participating in Lindy's Stamp Gang challenges. Oh my, this one really got me out of my comfort zone. A beautiful combo, but not colors that I usually play with.

Here is my card for this challenge:

You and Me

Another crafty day for me today, and lots of inspiration coming from 2 blogs,

The first in Cuts2Luv with the monthly moodboard. On my page I used: Snowflakes, the color combo, doilies, Cuts2Luv badges and the brand new die-cut (You and Me)...

The second is Blue Ferns Studio sketch of the month.

Here is the Cuts2Luv moodboard:

And the Blue Fern Studios sketch of the month:

I really loved how the page turned out. I rarely combine 2 challenges, but theses 2 just fit well together.

More than Words January Challenge

There is a new blog challenge since January, if you've not heard about it, now is the time to head over and have alook at the great challenge and beautiful work from the Design team at More Than Words

January's challenge is about: Personality & Selfie... What a great challenge to start off the year.

I chose a picture of me running in Florida in 2014. I've had to stop running in 2015 because of a foot injury that is still haunting me, but really hope that I'll be able to start running again in 2016....

About my personality, well...I am quite a go and be Happy type of girl. Why be like others when you can be unique I say... I am quite lucky and blessed with a wonderful family and quite happy with my life. Now if I could only have more crafty time, I'd be even happier...

Ooooh and guess what... My friend Caroline now has chipboard titles.. I am so happy and proud to support her...check out her Cuts2Luv Etsy shop (Selfie) and her challenge blog: Cuts2Luv

Oh yes... I did also add some of her flair badges that I just LOVE:

Now here is the challenge board for More Than Words

Ooooh and I almost forgot... I just love this quote... It just makes me laugh:

Have a great day Peeps !
