Art Journaling

Ok, so I've been sold on the idea that I should use Art Journaling as a "practice" for my mix-media. I've tried it in the past and did not feel it was for me, but then again, maybe my philosophy needed to be revised... So I will be participating tonight at my first Art Journaling class, and of course, I wanted to put in practice using some of my products that have been waiting for me to be ready to play with them. Here is a page I finished last night, ok, not to my liking yet, but not bad.. Let's see what this new challenge will bring my way.

Scrap the boys August challenge

This months challenge at Scrap the boys is a monochrome page including twine and chipboard. Again, yes I am still in my vacation pictures scrapping mood, none other than a souvenir page from our swim with the Dolphins. Hope you enjoy it.

Love THIS- Scrap Friends sketch challenge

Recently discivered an awesome challenge site called Scrap Friends. Love the sketch they are having so I decided it was time to play with my new toys (Silhouette Portrait & Canon Selphy). This was my first test using my silhouette, I think I am hooked, now I understand what all the Frenzy was about. Morning ladies, it's my Lucky 7 Factory project day, I have a stash of cut paper that I keep forever, once in a while, I like to make cards and cleaning my craft rooms is always the way to go... I found pièces of fabric, a cut of lace, and old Prima package and couples this with my Lucky 7 Factory paper and voila instant card ! Hope you enjoy this one !
